Commercial Conditions
1.Price
The prices of the products on www.peterscooling.com are indicative. The final offer is personalised and will be provided to the Customer following the sending of an offer request to PETERS COOLING. The request can be sent using one of the methods in point 8 of this document. The final price of the products will be mutually agreed, accepted by both parties, by signing a contract/order form.
2. Promotional products
Promotional product prices are valid for the duration of a campaign or within the limits of available stock. PETERS COOLING reserves the right to change the promotional period by these terms and conditions.
3. Shipping
PETERS COOLING assumes the responsibility to deliver the products ordered by the Customer to the Customer's address, following the transmission of a delivery time to be agreed between the Seller and the Customer. PETERS COOLING reserves the right to change the delivery interval and assumes the responsibility to notify the Customer in advance of any change. Receipt of the goods must take place in the presence of the Customer or of a representative/agent, who will sign the transport document or the document of receipt of the parcel if delivery takes place by courier service. The customer or the customer's representative is required to sign a delivery-receipt report.
4. Payment
In the event of an order, the Seller reserves the right to request payment in advance or upon delivery of the goods. Payment may be made in the following ways: cash, by payment order or by bank instruments (cheque, promissory note). The terms and method of payment chosen by the customer will be specified in the contract between the parties/order form.
5. Delivery time
The delivery term of the ordered goods will be mentioned in the personalized offer made by the Seller, as well as in the contract between the parties, in accordance with the rules written in the present PETERS COOLING Terms and Conditions page.
6. Information required for issuing the request for quotation
The Customer has the possibility to send a request for quotation to the Seller by e-mail from the Contact menu of the website. All personal data will be treated in accordance with PETERS COOLING's privacy policy. The quotation request must include details such as the name of the company or applicant, address, company premises, contact details and application details.
7.Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter also means receiving information about promotions, ongoing campaigns or news from the website. The customer has the option to unsubscribe if he/she no longer wishes to receive these notifications. Unsubscribing is done by following the instructions in the e-mail newsletter.
8. Purchase procedure
The PETERS COOLING team is obliged to contact the Customer immediately after placing a request for quotation online. The contact will be made by e-mail or telephone and will be aimed at establishing details about the products or services requested by the Customer. The quotation will be made and sent to the Customer according to the details provided and by mutually agreed means. The personalised offer is valid for 30 calendar days and loses its validity in the absence of a positive response implying the purchase of the product or the intention to conclude a contract.
9. Copyright
The content of this website, texts, images, graphics and any other material presented on it are protected by copyright and related rights, as well as other forms of intellectual property protection. It is forbidden to copy, download, reproduce, republish, post, etc., any type of text, graphic image or symbol to be used for commercial purposes or distributed, without the prior written consent of PETERS COOLING. The images of the products on the site, present in promotional materials, offers and newsletters are for information purposes only and do not entail any contractual liability on the part of PETERS COOLING. We assume the right to modify/update the information and images appearing on this site without prior notice, without any liability for changes on the part of PETERS COOLING or its employees.
10. Information on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
Some waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances with harmful effects on the environment and human health. Natural and legal persons who own WEEE are obliged to hand it over to dedicated collection points and not to combine it with unsorted municipal waste, and the collection points are obliged to take back this waste free of charge.
